Tools for individuals →Communication exercises, connection tools, a couples check-in guide, and trust-rebuilding worksheets.
Tools for couples →Family connection activities, boundary-setting tools, social-emotional learning exercises, and support for families with ADHD.
Tools for parents →Right before a difficult conversation. Pull up a communication exercise on your phone, run a quick grounding step, then go in with the prep fresh.
At a weekly check-in. Couples often pick one evening a week to open the connection check-in together — 10 minutes, structured prompts, nothing watching you.
When the wave hits. Anxiety, mom rage, or executive-function paralysis do not keep appointment hours. The app has short tools you can run in two or three minutes, on the spot.
Crisis support. If you are in immediate danger, call 988 or 911 — the app is not a crisis tool and cannot route you to a live human.
A diagnosis or treatment plan. The exercises are evidence-informed, but they do not substitute for a clinician's assessment of what you specifically need.
A subscription funnel. Nothing in the app links to a paid tier, a higher plan, or a request for your email. We built it the way we want apps we use to work.
Built for privacy
Yes. No paywall, no subscription, no upsell, no premium tier. The app is offered as a free clinical resource by Mountain Family Therapy.
No. The app runs entirely in your browser. Anything you enter is encrypted and stored locally on your device — never sent to a server.
No. It's designed for moments between sessions, or as a starting point if you're not yet in therapy. A clinician can offer assessment and tailoring that a static tool cannot.
The app runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs are encrypted locally on your device and never leave it. There is no account, no email field, no analytics tied to your responses. It works offline once loaded.
It was built by Cade Dopp, LCSW, co-founder of Mountain Family Therapy, and is offered free because the most useful version of these tools is the one you actually have when you need them. If you are already working with one of our therapists, the app is designed to complement your sessions, not replace them.
